With Frank Bayer, another colleague strengthens our team, which is growing strongly again after the Corona crisis.
Following his training at Siemens AG, the state-certified electrical engineer (IT) has specialized in power engineering, measurement technology and medical technology. Afterwards, he steadily increase his personnel responsibilities assumining professional positions at Maquet and General Electric. Before joining DAFÜR, Frank gained solid knowledge and practical experience in operations management, service management and production as a Technical Manager for Medical Devices and Large Equipment.
As a leader, but especially as a communicator, he has been working at the interface between technology and customers since 2017. His credo is to pick people up where they are and take them along on the journey.
Frank's many years of experience will help us to further professionalize technical implementations as well as communication with customers. In order to establish common grounds with his new colleagues, the IT enthusiast is currently familiarizing himself with ITL4, Scrum, ISTQB, Azure and AWS.
